Totaldry X-Plus Plastic Backed Adult Nappy
The TotalDry X-Plus briefs are an outstanding overnight/daytime diaper designed after the European model of high capacity fast absorbency and superior dryness characteristics.
This diaper is full-featured like our Bambino product line. The sizing is almost identical to the Teddy, Bianco and Classico.
The X-Plus has a colourful printed reinforced landing zone which is designed to help in adjusting the refastenable tapes after use. The printed lines and dots help to visually guide the wearer back to the position of the first contact or if further adjustment is needed help guide to a more comfortable position.

I’ve worn quite a few brands of all white nappies (my favorite) sold by the Littles team, but these puppies have the loudest crinkle factor, ever,especially when worn with plastic pants! Super plasticity (if that’s a word), the way good nappies should be 😃
Very capable, absorbent product, and can handle everything you can throw in it. The tabs are really good which allows for multiple repositioning to get the right fit. Good landing strip.
My first choice for a top notch, plastic backed, REALLY crinkley adult diaper.
It’s a good mix between a Betterdry and an Inspire as far as fit & padding goes. Maybe a little less capacity but for me, it still ticks all the boxes for any serious DL.
A quality addition to the protective brief collection & well worth a go for managing any 1 & 2 accidents you may have ….😱 Stay happily padded girls and guys 😃❤ Greg.

Unfortunately, these were a bit of a disappointment. It may just be my body shape, however at night they leaked badly for me. I love the idea of the indicating markings on the landing panel, and overall they were quite comfortable, just they’re not what I’d call “Highly Absorbent” and probably not suitable for nighttime use (especially if you are genuinely incontinent). Then again, I’m a side sleeper, and have only found 2 or 3 nappies which actually work for me overnight. IThey’re not bad, but also not amazing.

Well I have to say this is definitely the first Nappie that I have used for my bedwetting that has leaked on me. Other then it being not that thick and leaking, it’s a really nice nappie to put on and wear. They definitely have a crinkle factor to them when you walk round. They are thin enough to wear under shorts and not be seen. But the crinkles will give it away. I’ll definitely recommend this Nappie for the day time use but definitely not for night time use if your a bedwetter like me still.
