Free Shipping by Australia Post eParcel system is in place for the majority of Australian residents.
After serious consideration, we have decided to implement a Regional Excess fee to remote parts of Australia. These remote parts reflect the outer regional parts as stipulated by Australia Post and are areas that we are charged a premium rate to ship there by them. Every State/Territory has regional areas.
Historically we have heavily subsidised those who order in these regions, however, we are now unable to continue doing this due to rising costs. Many times, we have found the cost of postage to these areas is almost that of the retail price on the website for the product.
As of 24th February 2023, we are trialing a modified weight/cost structure which may become permanent in the future but will be subject to evaluation and possible change in the future.
The Excess structure is as follows: Items between 1g up to 2kg will have a regional excess of $5. Items between 2kg to 15 kg will have an excess of $30. If the total weight of the order is over 15kg, an additional $30 will be charged, this again will be duplicated if the order weight is over 45kg. This fee will be applied during the checkout process.

We use Australia Post eParcel system to deliver our products. Normal delivery times can be calculated from the Metro Area of Brisbane to you.
In normal circumstances Standard Post items are approximate and will vary depending on seasonal peaks and other unforeseen circumstances and are as follows:
QLD: 1-3 working days
NSW/ACT: 2-3 working days
SA/TAS: 3-5 working days
WA: 5-7 working days
NT: 5-7 working days
VIC: 2-4 working days
Once the order is complete, we add a Tracking number, which is sent in the confirmation email. The Tracking number is an Active Link in a box at the top of the script detailing your order.
All of our parcels now require a signature on delivery; however, you can choose to override this option (at your own risk) via the Australia Post MyPost account or the Aus Post app. Information below:
We use Australia Post to send all our parcels. We recommend that you download the Australia Post App via the Apple Store or Google Play Store. This allows you to get instant information about your package and has multiple features and delivery options. All orders are dispatched on a ‘signed for delivery’ service. Using the Australia Post App, you can track and manage your delivery options (at your own risk) We recommend downloading the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. We make every effort to dispatch your products discreetly and totally understand the requirement for discretion.
Products are delivered by Australia Post, and you can have them delivered anywhere where Australia Post has delivery points.
Parcel Lockers, which are a fairly new facility and are perfect for discreet delivery of the product. Simply register online via http://www.auspost.com.au/parcel-lockers and follow the instructions. Once registered, you will instantly receive a unique Customer Number and simply use this address for your delivery. It is simple, free and discreet.
We are pleased to be able to ship outside of Australia and have recently added destination countries to our list, but these are at an additional price. Prices on our website are shown and charged in Australian Dollars.
You are now able to shop successfully from many countries around the world.
Shipping to New Zealand can be quite inexpensive – especially below 2kg weight.
Shipping will be sent via the premium International Express (EMS) service
We take no responsibility in any way for loss or tracking for any for the product once it has left our warehouse and has been lodged with Australia Post. Any local fees (if any) on arrival in the country destination (Taxes etc). are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid if requested by authorities prior to successful delivery.
We will not accept returns from overseas.
Transit times will vary from country to country, and standard post can take up to 2 weeks or more to arrive at some destinations.
We have to fill out Customs forms prior to the departure of your package. These are legal documents. In many cases, these forms are filled out automatically and use the text from the product page that you order from. Unfortunately, we can no longer make inaccurate or misleading statements on these forms.
