Littles Downunder is a Registered NDIS Provider
We are pleased to inform you that Corvus Green Distribution – the owners of Littles Downunder (and Down Undercare) is an NDIS Registered Provider.
Over the past years, we have provided what could be called an eclectic range of incontinence products for a large number of NDIS participants and continue to provide these high quality products for those that require them and which are not available in any pharmacy or any other outlets, These not only provide confidence but also making users feel more comfortable when wearing the products from a registered NDIS provider.
As the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has now rolled out across Australia, we are pleased to be a registered NDIS Provider, Some people will become eligible to apply for funding from it and become a Participant. This scheme has taken over from other government funding schemes. Please be aware that many products on this site would not qualify for funding under NDIS.
The NDIS has various strict criteria for becoming a participant.
To become an NDIS participant, you must:
- Have a permanent impairment that significantly affects your ability to take part in everyday activities, or have a developmental delay;
- Be aged less than 65 when you first apply to enter the NDIS and meet additional age requirements if you live in SA or TAS;
- Live in Australia in an NDIS area on a specified date;
- Be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa or a Protected Special Category visa.
Funding from the NDIS covers many facets of life, including funding for continence issues and related products.
