These are a great product they really need them they’re quite cheap for what they are and do the job excellently however I do wish there was a smaller size I would be happy to review the smaller size if required other than that issue the product is excellent

Well done) they looked rather thin, and when putting one on felt to be very thin and like the would have a very wierd fit by the way they felt when tapeing up.
But then i sat up and stood up and WOW they felt very soft and baulky like my fav ones the rearz inspires. The started of descret under my jeans but once they start getting wet they do swell up quite well. Tapes hold very well and can be retaped and they hold a reasonable amout. Good product good price good delivery! Will be getting more. Thanks littles downunder team!?

Great nappy. Am used to wearing rearz inspire which are thick, bulky and strong with great absorbency and very thick strong plastic backing. I trailed a few of these first and was amazed. the backing plastic feels very thin and weak while the padding is thin and looks a little less than capable, Yet the plastic backing is super stretchy and strong, the padding swells and soaks up heaps of fluid. Incredible nappy for the money, highly recommend to anyone who wants a high absorbance day or night time nappy.

WOW. Finally a full plastic diaper in Australia just like the rest of the world and at a great price.
This diaper goes on reasonably discreetly but it swells and swells. Great for home and playtime but under jeans and being used, it will definitely show. For the ladies it would be great under a skirt or dress and still be discreet when wet.
The diaper holds more then you could wet in a day so if you want that full feeling you will have to add water. Only small problem with the diaper is when close to capacity it does leak when you sit, so if you are out and about I would use plastic pants as well.

Well having worn Tena maxi slip almost exclusively for over 20 years I decided to purchase betterdrys. Wow is all I can say they hold an amazing amount while keeping ones little butt dry and rash free. I will order a case next time as these will become my nappy of choice to sleep in. Bit to bulky to wear our in public once they get wet and I mean they really bulk up once wet. I did find getting up in the morning and sitting on the bed they leaked between the legs, but I wear plastic pants so no major problem. I just think this happened as they hold so much. Highly recommended.

A bit lighter weight than the Inspire but just as thirsty and fits similar to molicare super but much bulkier and a nice crinkle factor as well, especially when worn with plastic pants ?

Simply superb and surprisingly so at the price. Probably only the Rearz has better capacity and even then it is only slightly more. I cant wear baby-print nappies all the time and doctors etc make it hard to explain so I need plain white ones and these are so good, I will use them a lot more than for simply medical appointments! They are the most cost-effective nappy for me other than cloth.

One of the best I have tried I have not control and constantly leak the nappy gold up super well and is extremely comfortable the taps are amazingly strong and the nappy does swell allowing for better change warnings it holds a huge amount and even lasts a whole night for me even when things are really bad will definitely be using in the future

Tried a couple of other brands samples, but these seem to be the best. Not being into the AB side so no prints on them doesn’t bother me. As a DL they are great. Start off thin and just keep swelling. Minor leakage at inside leg when they get really full but we all prepare for that anyway. Great price and great discretion too.

Very absorbent and can be worn with or without waterproof pants. I tried them without extra waterproof pant protection while sleeping and they did not leak and I felt quite secure that I could wear on their own whilst sleeping. I also tried these with a booster pad and was able to last 24 hours without a change. Love the crinkle sound when I walked too

These are a fantastic nappy for night time use. Being a consistent bed wetter the last five or so years, these are by far the best to date. Having previously used Abena L4, and Molicare Super Plus/Molicare Slip Maxi with booster pads, I would still often get leaks at night due to reaching capacity. These are absolutely exceptional and don’t feel wet in the morning even though they are. Although a little more expensive, I have not needed to use a booster pad at any stage and have not had one leak since using these for the last month. If you are a heavy overnight wetter, give these a try.

Living with incontinence has not been easy, there are so many plastic backed nappies on the market, but my biggest problem with them, is that they aim towards the ABDL group, which means bigger swelling and prints and crinkling etc. BETTER DRY hold allot , hardly leak ( mainly due to me not aware of when I need to change ) and are very comfortable. I dont find any trouble with the tapes and you can refasten them at least once with some pretty good stick if you need to. the best thing I find is that even really wet , they hide under my clothes quite discreetly and dont rustle or crinkle as much as the others. you really get your money’s worth with these nappies and are allot more affordable than some others on the market.
i find them comparable to DRY 24/7 but much cheaper.

The leg cuffs seal really well, the nappy wicks away moisture quickly, it puffs up a LOT when used, the tabs are very good and can be tightened after extended use. They are not very crinkley, which is good for discreet use and safe for over night.
The leg cuffs do start to cut in, after extended use, which is my only criticism.

Bought initially for bed which they do such a great job that on normal nights I can get up and not have to change till after breakfast (10 hrs after putting on). I have also started using with jeans when I go shopping as they offer great protection and with jeans on there if little or no “crinkle”.
I just wish they were a little bit bigger for my size, but its only a little gripe and I can get around the size problem with some extra tape.. :)

These are outstanding to wear for all night protection while you sleep.
The key to never getting leakage is to make sure you correctly align the wings, easy enough to do with just a little extra care.
Keeps you dry and helps you get a better nights sleep.

Highly Recommend! Easily the best brand continence aid available considering absorbency, leak protection, comfort and discreet-ness combined.
Due to a disability I’ve been using these for the last 3 years for bedwetting issues and they’re the only medical style nappy that doesn’t leak as a side-sleeper.
They’ve really made visiting, hotel/hospital stays and flights a lot less stressful!

As with all mass manufacturing, there are tolerances and flaws, Better Dry is no exception, however it is consistently minimal which makes them a reliable go-to for a comfortable fit. The last few years the product has arrived far more compressed, give them a roll around and sit for a few days before use.
They are one of the best available; however, if you aren’t a good shot with the tapes, beware they stick fast. I’d recommend the crinklz variety if you need to work out the best fit as they have a slightly different plastic and can the tapes can be carefully peeled and re-positioned without tearing the shell.
These diapers rise quite high on the front which I prefer. The large fit me well, even though I’m in the high end of waist size for medium, I think the leg size also plays a big part in fit.

Hi.
I use the Better Dry during the day as the are somewhat quiet even better if you use trunk or boy leg style undies. They absorb anything I take in during the day and being incontinent that’s a plus. On a side note I have just had surgery to help my bladder flow with less restriction and the Better Dry still hold up and are comfortable and I can see them as my day time go to for as long as LDU has them.

Honestly a great brand of diapers. I wore them when I was playing the new Diablo 4, no toilet breaks needed! I’d recommend to buy them if you’re unsure of what brand of diapers to buy. Also really loud so unless you’re self-conscious like myself, I wouldn’t recommend wearing them around public especially family. Otherwise than that have great capacity and feel great when sleeping with them on aswell.

These nappies make a good contrast to most disposables. The plastic outer is very soft and so the nappies are almost silent and therefore discrete. The plastic tears easily so you absolutely need to use the secondary tape if the primary one isn’t positioned right. They are relatively thin but have a massive capacity, with the absorbent material setting quite hard (rather than forming a soft gooey mass). These are probably my preferred nappies to wear in public because of their discretion.

What can I say they just fit me perfect, they don’t leak standing sitting and lying in any direction. I doubt they would leak while standing on my head but I haven’t tried yet. Nice and soft both in and out they swell up great and the price is OK.
All in all these are my go-to nappy.
